Hey hey I ran today

Did a walk/run after work today and bonus it was not on a track changed it up by going on Ala Wai Blvd.  Ran a couple of two minute intervals, a minute thirty, maybe two sets of a minute forty five, and lots of walking. I can paddle the span of the Ala Wai I’m gonna work on running it too.
